+ IS THE Sycamore AIR CONDITIONED?
Our venue can accommodate 250-275 guests comfortably and 200 with a 20x20 dance floor. An additional 25 guests can be entertained utilizing the outdoor patio areas.

Yes! You are responsible for obtaining insurance for your event so make sure to include alcohol on the event insurance. Last call for alcohol is 9:30. No shots are allowed on the property.

We provide 20 - 60” round tables seating 8-10 and 5 farmhouse tables seating 8 -10. We provide 250 wooden crossback chairs. 5 - 6 foot long rectangle tables for serving and for the DJ. Our staff will assist in setting up tables and taking down chairs at the end of the event.
